Respected Sir,
I am article assistant w.e.f. 17/08/2012. I have join CS course in the month of October 2012. But due to some reason I am unable to taken permission from CA Institute for CS Course .
My Question is, Can I make an application to ICAI for acquiring Permission for CS Course now (around after 1.5 Years) ? What is the procedure ?

yes bt then it is diff to say whther icai will pardon u or not as its too much time went and u need to pay condonation fees and condonation letter to icai.

icai if at all doesnt accept then ur period from the date of joining other course till the date of intimating them may not consider ur articleship and ur exam may be postponned so better do not file form 112 now.

they may hold ur membership number or may not validate u a member only..consequences are very harsh ..so do not play with it.

in my view its too late and icai to set eg may make u a scapegoat and may take action for non compliance so better dont show it in form 112 and dont file it.
this is just my view final dec should be urs.
