As i am a student will appear for my CPT in this june 19th i want to know that can i do CA & LLB parallel (together) as per the regulation of the CA 63 to 67 the audit article assisstant need to take the permission for the ICAI & the artilce star after completing the IPCC both the groups right so do i have take the permission form the ICAI before that to do LLB.
So Pls tell me the section, regulation or any case law which is more clearly tells that permission is required.
do help me out pls.

Yes Pratik. You Can Do So if You are not Doing BCom Or any Other Regular Course. Only 1 Course is allowed as per CA Regulations. & You Have to Take The Permission From The Institute by Filing Form-112 Dully Filled. This Permission You Can Take Before Joining The Said Corse or If you already Joined it , Take The Permission as soon as possible.You Have 2 Pay Prescribed Penalty After the allowed Period of 1 month..
