Respected Experts,
If an assessee whose Taxable Income was below Taxable Limit for AY 2009-10 but the assessee has got a TDS Certificate in Form 16A which was unclaimed due to non submission of Income Tax Return for AY 2009-10, Now if the said Assessee wants to submit IT Return for claiming that Refund for said AY will this submission attract Penalty U/S 271F Rs.5000
Pls Reply earliest.
