09 December 2009 If company having profit, then bonus will calculated on what amount(employee salary will consider).
Ex: in a company A is employee, he is getting salary 9000/-per month.he is working more the 30 days during the year,for calculation of bonus what amount consider.either 9000*8.33% or 3500*8.33, pls tell me.Company has ready for paying min.bonus.
