Sir, can we pay more than 10k & below 2 lakhs for Farmers in cash in single payment is it disallowed uls 40a(3) and will it attracts u/s 269st

If payment is more than 10K and below 2 lakhs then it will not attract 269ST and 40A(3). Payment to farmer is exempt u/s 40A(3).
But if payment is more than 2 Lakh then 269ST will be attracted.
