Dear Experts,
We have filed PAS-3 by Straight Through Process (STP), as an attachment to form we gave 1) Extracts of EGM 2) Table-A list of Allottes, but the status for showing like this "PENDING FOR UPLOAD OF INVESTOR WISE DETAILS".
We registered a Complaint they are saying "Upload any standard excel and path for uploading excel sheet regarding details of list of allottes".
Please help us How to file excel, How to upload excel, where to find that excel.

You have to upload excel file of shareholders list. MCA has initiated a new option for uploading excel file of shareholders list. For uploading the same, you have to go to MCA services on MCA portal wherein you will find option for uploading shareholders detail in e-filing coloumn after the option of upload eform, wherein you have to fill the detail of Company and SRN no of previously filed form and browse excel sheet of shareholders list. Once you upload there, your form PAS 3 will get approved.
