Partnership firm not give interest to partner

08 May 2014 Dear sir,

It is provided in partnership deed to give interest to partner @ 12%.But due to lower profit firm not provided interest to partner and also partner do not have mind.

Is it permissible to not to give interest to partner even if provided in deed?

Please reply soon sir....
