2.Within which Time limit i can make partnership deed of Firm who Had started it's business in september.?

19 December 2012 Hi,

Initial Capital amount to be determined based on initial requirement of funds in the partnership firm. Say Fixed Assets, initial stock purchase, deposit amount etc...Also add clause saying "partners to contribute into the firm whenever required....."

I think, there is no time limit for executing deed.
