can any one guide me for this issue,if i need to join one partner and send out another partner from the firm,what are all the amendment do i need to do? and, if i need to get a stamp paper means how many rupees stamper do i need to buy. plz explain me in detail. Thank you

A admission cum retirement deed needs to be made on a stamp paper of the requisite value as per the rules in the state.
