dear sir,
one assessee is running a business in huf. but the pan no. allotted to him is as a firm. and he is liable to audited in u/s 44ab. so how he will file return. and in which form he is fill return

As per latest provisions he should file his return in ITR 1V. Details in below link:- https://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/download_all.asp

but the pan is alloted to him is like a firm so the income tax e file portal show only itr 5 and 6 only

I think you must check thoroughly whether the asessee status is HUF or Firm.
If HUF then ITR IV only n you can file return through e-filing.
If HUF then ITR IV only n you can file return through e-filing.
