Hi,
My pan card is in my married name & now I am a divorcee.i have reverted back to my maiden name , but my pan card remains to be in my married name.Is it fine,or do i need to get it changed in my maiden name?

Hi Nusrat,
You should apply for Correction in your old pan card,
you can do that online with scan copy of some supporting documents, link is:
https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/correction.html
As per income tax act if you already have one pan number then you can not apply for a new one..

Yes the expert is correct. you should apply for changes in PAN card.

You should apply for name correction,although your PAN No. will remain same
