31 August 2017 IS IT COMPULSORY TO LINK PAN CARD AND AADHAR CARD BEFORE 31.08.2017 IF INCOME IS BELOW TAXABLE LIMIT.

31 August 2017 Yes it is mandatory because once u PAN is invalid ,any transaction where PAN is needed will be invalid. You need to again apply for fresh PAN
