You want to form for apply PAN or you want to get duplicate copy of PAN?

If you want Form 49 for apply PAN then go to incometaxindia.gov.in or search on net.

You can go to tin-nsdl.co.in for getting your pan if you have some correct information as required.

02 May 2011 You can apply for PAN card in form 49A which is available at www.incometaxindia.gov.in or www.tin-nsdl.com

You you want to update/change in your details in PAN or want to get issued duplicate PAN Card, you can apply in PAN correction Form available at the same site mentioned earlier.
