Operating expenses means , expenses which are directly related to operarion ,In other words any cost which are esential for your operation For exp.
Material cost , salary,maintenance cost ,etc.
Non -operating exp.means , expenses which are not directly related to your operation For exp. Finance cost , investment cost ( if u r not a investment co. ) etc.
