Opc -different member and different director

Can we incoporate an OPC in which MR. A is only a member but not a director
MR. B is the only Director of this OPC

Yes. in OPC, there is no compulsion for single member to be director of company. There can be another person as director and there can be more than one director in the OPC. Also refer section 149, a company including OPC can have maximum 15 directors.
