is it possible to payment by ATM card for
charges for making of pan cards and is it possible to payment more than one pan cards
charges in a single tranjactions by online payment system, if yes how ? thanks advice me.

YES FRIEND U CAN PAY BY ATM CARD AND CHARGE IS 96 RS INCLUDING SERVICE TAX.
