Can Director & his certifying authority file DIN 3 with ROC without having their Digital Signature ????

DIN - 1 can be obtained without digital signature.
DIN - 3 cannot be filed without a director having digital signature and the same is also to be certified by a CS and filed. One director must posses a digital signature at the time of filing DIN 3 with ROC.
