how many times any individual can get exemption on icici nsc bond ??????

& plz define me about NSC bond ????
its rules in brief.

i hav a cas a person get 30000 peryear exemption on NSC bond since 2003-04
is this right ?????????

10 August 2010 NSC deduction can be taken only in the year in which investment is made.

Interest accrued on NSC is allowable as a deduction u/s 80C from year to year.
