notice 143(2) it self mention hearing date and which document is required. so you prepare a reply as per point mention in notice and annexed document which ITO Required in notice and meet with ITO in hearing date or say appointment date

07 January 2014 Since you have received notice u/s 143(2) you have to appear before the ITo on the date of the notice and in course of hearing you can ask the ITO to give you questionnaire to enable you to prepare the documents which are necessary and required by the ITO

08 January 2014 Since you got the notice U/s 143 (2), you should attend the hearing on the date and time mention in the notice. You should carry POA & financisl report with your self to attend hearing.A part from that you can asked AO in which point he need further clarification and provide the supporting document in subsequent hearing.
