Please provide me important notes which has to be specifined in the NOTES FORMING PART OF ACCOUNTS for a newly formed company.I have finalised the accounts for this pvt. ltd. company. Since this is the new year i dont have any data.

- This being the first year of the company, the accounts have been drawn from 15th September, 2008 to 31st March, 2009 and therefore no corresponding figures for the previous year have been given.
