can a practicing CA do networking with other professionals like CS, CWA, ADVOCATES, etc. if yes then what is the procedure regarding the same ??

yes, you are now allowed to this as per the changes in CA Regulations.

Basically all the professions are governed by their perent law provisions. Generally speaking partenership is allowed only in the same profession. Networking other than partnership can be made provided the financial arrangement in the networking is by way of regular professional fees.
