Need suggestion for career growth

I completed my MBA from ICFAI University & currently I have been working with HDFC Asset Management Co LTD. for the last 2 Years in Sales. I m 29 years old & going to appear in IPCC in MAY 2011. I have decided to leave my job if i can crack the IPCC exam. I need ur suggestions in this regard that will it be helpful for me in my career growth? Coz I wil b completing CA course at the age of 32+ if i can clear it at one go. i want to shift my job profile from sales to core finance. Plz help me out wt would be the best way for me? Being a CA at the age of 32+ can i get a job?

Hi Debasis,
You can get a good job if you complete CA , age doesn't matter.
And you will also have your HDFC bank experience also as an added advantage.
