What is procedure for name changing as a individual person - Male (if Major)

You need to make notary certificate about the name change, wherein you have to give the present name and the name you wish to change.
After the notari you have to publish this information in 2 news papers. One in English and one in regional languages.
Thereafter inform all the concerned people about the name change and enclose a copy of notary certificate and the copy of the new paper ad.
