You need to file form INC 24 with the ROC. Got to MCA.gov.in website, download the form, fill the details attach the required documents (mentioned in the form) and then file it online in their website.

Thank you for the reply sir, but sorry as i think i was not able to explain you. I know the required forms to be filed but the attachments draft copy was required.
