please provide me the complete docs require d for the name change of the company under companies Act 2013.

13 August 2015 You need to file form INC 24 with the ROC.
Got to MCA.gov.in website, download the form, fill the details attach the required documents (mentioned in the form) and then file it online in their website.

I know the required forms to be filed but the attachments draft copy was required.
