MVAT Form 704 Gross Turnover

29 November 2010 Our Client(sole proprietor) has got sales in Maharashtra(Head Office) as well as Gujarat(unit) with two different VAT TIN NOS for two states respectively.The gujarat unit purchases & sells good there itself directly So while filling up the figure of Gross Turnover in MVAT Form-704,will the Gujarat Sale figure be included or not?

For Computing Gross Turnover sales and purchase in Gujrat stae will not form part of GTO in Return of MVAT Act 2002
