12 December 2008 Dear All Can One Person be the Owner or Proprietor of more then one Proprietorship Companies and He is Dealing in Different types of Business.

12 December 2008 no, only proprietor run with different brand not by another Proprietorship Companies.(companies is not as registried in companies act.)

12 December 2008 I think you are asking that one person can be the prorietor in more than one firm dealing in different types of business.

If this is the case, then in my opinion : One person can own more than one firms in his own name.

13 December 2008 Can Any One Clarify more one person unning sharp consultancy and he intend to export so he want to open one more proprietorship company name called sharp exports he can do so or not

13 December 2008 Why cant you run these two cativities in one company called Sharp Exports & Consultancy you can modfy your business activites in single propritaryship.
