09 July 2024 If you encounter issues where the MSME registration site crashes after entering OTP, and subsequently shows that your PAN is already registered, you can follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. **Clear Browser Cache:** Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Sometimes, stored data can cause issues with the registration process.

2. **Try Different Browser:** Attempt to register using a different web browser or device. This can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.

3. **Contact MSME Support:** Reach out to the support provided by the MSME portal. They can assist you in resolving technical issues and unlocking your PAN for re-registration if necessary.

4. **Check Registration Status:** Log in to the MSME portal with your credentials to check the current status of your registration. It's possible that the registration process was completed despite the error message.

5. **Re-attempt Registration:** If the issue persists, attempt to register again after waiting for some time. The crash might have been due to temporary server issues.

**Legal or Financial Advisor:** If you continue to face difficulties, consider consulting a legal or financial advisor who can provide guidance specific to your situation and assist with navigating the registration process.

By following these steps, you should be able to address the issue and proceed with your MSME registration successfully.
