I appeared for finals in may 11 and secured exemption in paper 5 in wrote the details of exemption properly bur i forgot yo write the details in last appeared exams. pls help. what should i do????

If last appearance in exam wasn't your first attempt then it would not be a trouble.
Write mail to final exam helpdesk.
they are a bit lenient about exam form if its not your first exam.
ICAI understands the importance of "missing an attempt" and they avoid it.
