17 May 2013 Respected sir, can u plz tell me why the handicapped child income is not taxable in the hands of the parents.
next in wealth tax for the valuation of house property if deposit is received from the tenant interest @ 15% is charged what is the reason to cahrge interest only @ 15% plz tell me , thanks

17 May 2013 We can interpret the law but can't tell why this law is made, because it's on parliment.

The income of minor is not clubbed because it is written in law section 64(1A)

Same reply is in wealth , it is charged @ 15%
