Dear All, We are planing to merge our 4 companies into one company. Out of these companies, one company has outstanding dues towards Income Tax demand raised u/s 263 of the I.T. Act. Company has filled appeal before Tribunal. Is it possible to merge this company with another company? What will be pros & cons. of this?
