Hello, Please let me know what is the means of Manager under the companies Act? is this term include the Whole time Director also?

Do u want defination of Manager, if so than it is only defined under section 2(24)of Co's Act

Do u want defination of Manager, if so than it is only defined under section 2(24)of Co's Act. and It do not include Whole time director(WTD) as Manager may not be director unlife WTD.
