26 July 2011 good morning to all aexpert,
sir plz tell me means of these lines

जिन लोगों का टीडीएस उनकी कंपनी द्वारा काटा जा चुका है और उन पर टैक्स की कोई देनदारी नहीं बनती, वे 31 मार्च 2011 तक भी अपना रिटर्न जमा कर सकते हैं, लेकिन ऐसे लोग अगर 31 मार्च 2012 तक अपना रिटर्न जमा नहीं करा पाते हैं, तो उन पर पांच हजार रुपये का जुर्माना लग सकता है। ..
as per my knowledge last date of submit return 31 july than wht. is this .wht the means of it.

Due date is 31st July 2011 but belated return can be filed by 31st March, 2012 without penalty and after that but before 31st March, 2013 but with a penalty of rs. 5000/-.
