mca form -1 company incorporation

07 February 2009 i am filling form -1 of mca for incorporation of company .

size of file is 4 mb after all attacments in pdf and i wan to upload that file but mca can not upload file whose size will exceed 2.6 mb.

pls tel me how i can upload this file in other words reduce size of my file.

pls reply urgently if any one have solution for it

07 February 2009 When you attaching any documents by scanning the same the MB will get increased.

What you have to do is convert all your scanned attachments into PDf file and then attach.

While converting word documents delete unwanted pages and reduce the size of the document.

This will solve your problem.
