company is incorporated in FY 2013-14 and no MCA filing has been till date(appointment of auditor , Annual filing)
so to comply for the same what forms are required to be filed as all forms have changed from 2013-14 to now... , so which forms have to be filed for 2013-14 now in 2016

For Financial Year ending 31.03.2014 the following Forms were required to be filed with ROC:
1. Appointment of Auditor (as per Companies Act,2013)- Form ADT-1
2. Balance Sheet- Form 23AC
3. P&L Account- Form 23ACA
4. Annual Return- Form 20B
Now the following Forms are required to be filed from Financial Year 2014-15 onwards:
1. Appointment of Auditor- Form ADT-1
2. Balancesheet & P&L Account: Form AOC-4
3. Annual Return: Form MGT-7.
1. Appointment of Auditor (as per Companies Act,2013)- Form ADT-1
2. Balance Sheet- Form 23AC
3. P&L Account- Form 23ACA
4. Annual Return- Form 20B
Now the following Forms are required to be filed from Financial Year 2014-15 onwards:
1. Appointment of Auditor- Form ADT-1
2. Balancesheet & P&L Account: Form AOC-4
3. Annual Return: Form MGT-7.

sir y not 23b for appointment for 2013-14 as it was the form for that time and still available on MCA?

It depends on the date of incorporation of your Company and type of appointment (First Auditor or appointment in AGM).
As Companies Act, 2013 was in force w.e.f. April 1, 2014, if you appoint the auditor in the AGM of FY 2013-14 (For a period of 5 years) then you have to follow Form ADT-1.

incorp in April 2013 nd 1st appointment should be 2013 itself, so I think for that year alone 23b nd then reappointment in next year for 5 years by filing ADT1?

Absolutely correct, for first auditor Form 23B is required to be filed as the year of incorporation is april 2013 and for appointment of Auditor in First AGM for Financial Year 2013-14 Form ADT-1 should be filed for 5 years.
