After completion CA is there any possibility for CS articles and Job Based on CA at a time

Its not possible to do both at the same time.After CA you will get a job based on CA qualification whereas in CS articles there will be compliance work,drafting work and similar work.though ICSI allows students to do training in some reputed companies but even in that case package will not be as good as you can expect in CA directly.
