27 July 2013 1. If the share holder is not traceable on the address provided by the share holder, what procedure the company must follow to trace him.
2. If he is not traceable what happens to his share holding

31 August 2013 The company is not responsible for missing shareholders as all notices will be issued at the last known address. In case of B/s the same shall be dispatched to the address last known to the company and same is applicable for declaration of dividends. In case the shareholder has not en cashed the dividend then after a period the money has to be transferred to a special account maintained by ROC
