LTCG on mutual fund is taxable or not? And if Taxable at what rate?????

If STT paid on sale then LTCG exempt u/s 10(38).
If STT not paid then LTCG taxable @ 20% with indexation.
If STT not paid then LTCG taxable @ 20% with indexation.
