I have sold a flat and the amount is credited in my saving bank account.i want to use the sum to pay my creditors right now can I use the sum

after setting aside the tax amount to be paid on LTCG on sale of flat you can use the amount to pay off your creditors. This is suggested procedure not from any law or act.
