Income tax deparment send a notice for scrutiny and asking for confirmation of Loans accounts. pls send me formate of confirmation a/cs its very urgent pls forwards to my mail nagrja2008@yahoo.com o

Account confirmation is knowne as loan confirmation. if possiable collect pass book photocopy.

Hi,
Loan confirmation is depends on the type of loan.
If u have taken loan from the bank, u can give photocopy of Passbook, Loan statement or simply ask bank to issue a letter regarding continuation of loan and the balance in the loan a/c as on the particular date.
If u have taken/given loan from/to any person/entity, u just ask him/it to give a/c copy duly signed by the authorised person of this loan a/c in their books as on particular date.
Before submitting any such confirmation, plz verify that ur a/c and that confirmation a/c is tallied with each other, and where there is entry of cash transaction, it must be,in most of the case, on the same date in both the a/c.
