can anyone tell me that what documents are required to produce in court for taking loan, if dispute arises in both parties.

QUESTION IS NOT CLEAR.YOU DONT HAVE TO GO TO COURT FOR TAKING LOAN.IT IS FOR THE RECOVERY OF LOAN YOU HAVE TAKEN/ADVANCED.
THE LOAN GIVER (IE. BANK/SOCIETY) WILL FILE RECOVERY SUIT WITH FOLLOWING DOCS.
LOAN AGREEMENT.PRO-NOTE,SURETY- BOND,LOAN A/C EXTRACT,NOTICE ISSUED TO BORROWERS/SURETIES,ORIGINAL LOAN APPLICTION.AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENT EXECUTED BY BORROWERS/SURETIES.(FOR EXM.=MORTGAGE DEED,LETTER OF SET-OFF,).
