MY QUESTION IS THAT, AN LLP CAN BECOME A MEMBER OR PARTNER IN ANOTHER LLP?
IF ANY, KINDLY PROVIDE THE NECESSARY PROVISIONS OF LLP AGREEMENT.

Yea, a LLP can be a partner in another LLP. Please refer section 5 of LLP Act
