Sir I am a newly qualified CA I hv applied for LIC aao post which require direct interview for CAs I hv not faced any interview before can anyone please help me in this regard as how should I make the preparation?

There are cerain things you need to remember before going into your interview. First you need to assess your appearance and style and make sure it falls in line with the type of work you are applying for. Secondly, you need to condition your self to expect the unexpected, should your employer use the most stressful tactics during your interview.
Run over your résumé in your head multiple times so you are comfortable in explaining all facets of you life as far as education and past experience. Employers like to see a well controlled individual who knows exactly what they are doing and how to represent themselves.

Sir many thanks for your kind suggestion I also want to know whether it is sufficient to revise ca course briefly & having knowledge about Insurance industry OR have to do something more?

AAO job INVOLVES Administrative works :
1.devising New Scheme 2.inspecting policies 3.Managing & filing claim alongwith interaction with various Clients. 3. co-ordinations with another departments for satisfication follow up them.
after getting experince AAO promoted as ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS
