I am registered at Pune (PMC) Jurisdiction, I want to purchase material from same jurisdiction. In such case, is it necessary to PAY LBT for the purchaser.

If you are purchasing goods within same Municipal limits, you need not pay LBT provided purchases are from registered dealers. You may contact at 94226 20771 for further queries
