Your answer should be divided into 3 parts.

PART I : State the section for which the given practical problem pertains. And explain the provisio of that section in your own language.

PART II : Explain the provision co relate with the given case with reference to caselaw if u remember.

PART III : Conclusion :- Write down final conclusion. Also write u r agree with the given problem or not.
