The last date for e-filing of ITR for A.Y. 2009-10 was 31.03.2010. However, what is the last date for submission of signed copy of the same.

04 October 2010 The last date for e-filing of ITR without penalty for A.Y. 2009-10 was 31.03.2010 and even now return can be filed upto 31.03.2011.

The last date for sending ack has been extended to 31.12.2010.
