sir , i am adopting section 44ADA of incometax for profesional for ay 2017-18 . kya 01-04-2016 se mai meri clinic par patient register and recipt book hi rakhu no other record required i.e cash book permanant article register expenses vouchers salary voucher etc

Yes only those register are require to maintain, by these you can prove your actual gross receipt as filed in income tax return. any books which are related to expenses are not required to maintain.
