EXPLAIN ME HOW TO MAKE PHYSICAL JOURNAL VOUCHERS FOR DEPRICIATON ENTRY AND EXPENSES DONE ON CREDIT BASIS EXAMPLE WE BUY STATIONERY RS. 1000/- FROM SHIVA STATIONERY IWILL PASS THE FOLLOWING JOURNAL ENTRY

Do you have some prescribed format for you company to prepare journal voucher. It will be the same as other vouchers (if there is nothing specific for your company i.e. color of voucher etc.)
Every voucher should have authorised by the following person:
- Who prepare voucher
- Authorised person (having authority to particuler amount of expenses)
-Accountant.
Depreciation voucher is only like provision for fixed assets and treatment to prepare same like explain above.
