28 December 2010 hi.1 of my senior student is very good in studying.he got rant in both cpt and pcc exam.but he seemed to be depressed because of his personality.he stammered means he didnt speak clearly as normal voice.but everybody can understand his speech.so any problem for such person working in big forum or industry?talent matters or personality matters.it is really to b discussed.

As goes the saying,it is important for that person to gain his confidence,his self esteem.See personality development programmes are conducted by some institutions,tell him to attend such classes.But remember one thing, no classes can build the personality of a person rather the person himself tries to.I think working in big organisation will help him much better bcoz,he can mingle with no of clients, staff thereby increasing his communication skill.See Hanuman did'nt knew of his strength until others motivated him of his strength,likethat u people also try to motivate him.Best of LucK
