I am a fresh Chartered Accountant and I have received an offer from Reliance Industries Limited, Jamnagar With ctc of 4 lac. pa., Should i accept this offer ?

Reliance is not just a company. It is a brand. Once you get in to it as an employee, you have superb future waiting for you. Though reliance is known for its exploitation. You might have to work severely hard and put your life to hell, but, complete 1 to 2 years there and by then continue searching for another big company.
