I FILE MY RETURN FOR THE A.Y. 2009-10 ON 26/7/2009 AND I SEND TO BANGLORE BY ORDINARY POST BUT DEPARTMENT SAID WE NOT RECEIVE ITR-V.
This e-Return has been invalidated due to non-receipt of ITR-V in CPC within stipulated time limit.
what is procedure to making valid return

Try to E-file a fresh return once again. Send the ITR-V promptly to CPC. For AY 2009-10 system may or may not accept your return as last date is alreday over.

as per rules you have send the ITR V BY ORDINARY POST, MAKE AFFIDAVIT OF THE SAME SEND THE COPY OF AFFICAVIT TO CPC for the same and send , as there is no documentry proof available for sending mail by ordinary post. and now a days post office also not providing U P C , in view of above CPC has to accept the ITR V alongwith Affidavit.
